Ingredients

- 2 English Cucumbers
- 2 Cloves Garlic, smashed
- 1 Large Avocado
- 1 Lemon, zest and juice
- 1/2 Cup of Carrot Greens
- 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Serrano Pepper, seeded
- 1/4 Cup Water
- Basil, to taste
- Tarragon, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth
- Chill for at least 1 hour
- Garnish as you please!
Notes
For the garnish, it’s nice to use fresh ingredients from the recipe. They help add texture, and reinforce the flavor. Serving with a nice crusty bread is always a great idea!
